2. Increase Fluid Intake

Fruits and vegetables like skinless apples, peaches, prunes, and broccoli are rich in natural fiber. When it comes to grains, try oats and bran cereal instead of refined cereal and puffed rice.
7. Try Probiotics
Probiotics are healthy bacteria beneficial to our tummies, even for babies. They help clean and regulate our bowel movement. In a study, it was found probiotics may help severe constipation in babies.
8. Feed Baby Puree And Fruit Juice
If your baby is almost six months old, introduce baby puree to her diet. Fruits and vegetables are rich in natural fiber. It will help with your baby’s regular bowel movement. If your baby is now on a baby puree diet, continue. Only add a bit more water to your baby’s puree recipe.
Try feeding your baby with natural fruit juice with formula or breastmilk. Do this for a while as a substitute for solid food until your baby finally poops.
9. Try Glycerin Suppository
If you’ve done every home remedy to no avail, try a suppository. Ask your doctor about glycerin suppository and if your baby should try it. Your doctor will recommend this suppository depending on your baby’s age and weight. The amount of time your baby’s been constipated will also be considered. Your baby should poop within 15 to 30 minutes from application.
